Information for existing members trying to login for the first time.
Welcome to our new website!
This website was launched live on 22nd September 2026. Our Trustees and volunteers hope you enjoy using this valuable resource.
We continue to add content and functionality and welcome your feedback, particularly if you notice any bugs or you have any issues using the site.
Members
To login for the first time you will have to use the Lost your password? link. (More detailed guidance below.)
If you do not get a reply to this it means we have a different email recorded for you, so please contact membership@treeregister and we will inform you of, or update, your email so you can access the site.
To receive your Yearbook please ensure your address is correct by going to your Account page and then Edit your profile.
Eventbrite ticket members, please use your own email address and not the one you were given when first joining.
Please bear with us because we are adding Eventbrite members manually and this may take a few days.
To Login as a member for the first time
It may appear daunting but hopefully if you follow these instructions you will soon be back in the members area of the Tree Register website.
To Login for the first time Click the Login button and then Click on the phrase Lost your password?
(Do not enter any other details at this point)
On the next page for Username or E-mail enter your email address youremail@yourdomain.com and then click the Request Password Reset button
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password
Click on the long link in the email and it opens up a new page where you can enter your preferred password (this does not have to be your current password. It should be a password of your choice)
Re-type your password in the Password Confirm box (you can check what you have typed by clicking on the reveal eye button on the right end of each box)
Then click Change Password
The page should refresh prompting you to:
Enter your Email and Password (if they have automatically filled just double check your password is correct)
Click Login
Hopefully, you are now in!
